How do I start my order?

Welcome to Invitations by MAJIRS! We know that you want an invitation that is unique and will truly convey the meaning of your special event. Rest assured that you’ve come to the right place. Receiving an invitation designed by MAJIRS! is like opening a present. We pay strict attention to details while hand assembling each invitation. When it comes to setting the tone of your event, presentation is everything.

The first step to creating your own invitation is to set up a consultation. Our team at MAJIRS! takes pride in the initial meeting. We love to sit down with our clients and get to know them. We’ll discuss your vision, colors, quantity and pieces needed. This will give us the design ideas needed to start creating the one of a kind invitation that you are looking for. As we show you our sample ideas, please feel free to let us know what you like and don’t like so we can design your custom invitation ensemble. Clients are encouraged to bring pictures, color swatches and any ideas that they may have. If for some reason you are unable to meet with us in person, give us a call and we can work with you via the internet or on the phone.

With the personal details discussed and the quantity and pieces needed for your invitation, you will receive an estimate. When you are ready to purchase, we require a 50% non-refundable down payment and the other 50% is due upon pick up or delivery.

Now the fun begins when we assist you in selecting your fonts, monograms, motifs and wording that best suits your style and needs. Our designer will create your one of a kind proof, which takes about 5 to 7 days. The proof is e-mailed for your approval and at that time any changes can be made. Once the proof is signed and approved we will go to print and our team will assemble your invitations. The process takes 4 to 6 weeks from the day you place your order.

When designing custom wedding stationery please allow yourself time for design decisions. Remember that you should mail your invitations to your guest 6 to 8 weeks prior to your wedding date and we ask for 4 to 6 weeks from the time you order for design and assembly. Please also allow time for addressing your envelopes. Orders less than 4 weeks will be considered a rush order. Rush fees are determined at the time of your consultation.
